China Telecom

1. No port restrictions (user feedback indicates it works on home broadband).
2. Commonly uses app-specific data plans or packages with app-specific exemptions (for example, ByteDance apps and Telecom’s own services like the cloud service at api.cloud.189.cn).
3. No restrictions on IPv4/IPv6 usage.
4. No restrictions on domestic or international IPs.

China Unicom

1. Previously supported port 443; now port 80 is required. It's unclear if port 8080 is still supported.
2. Some users reported that older SIM cards, in partnership with Douyin, allow data-free access through Douyin’s domain.
3. In some regions, users can still access live streams through Unicom's mobile app.
4. Users of the “Lenovo Golden Card” (连尚万能金) report that nearly all ports work without restrictions.
5. Tencent King Card (腾讯王卡) can activate dynamic data-free access through QQ browser.
6. Several users mentioned that Unicom’s data-free service also works with DingTalk at the URL tms.dingtalk.com.

China Mobile

1. Data-free access is limited to specific apps (user reports mention Baidu, Tencent Video, and Mobile Cloud Phone as supported services).
